1. Deadline for individual shipments:
- We only process paid orders within 21 days after receiving payment on account.
The deadline given is for orders containing albs and dresses. Orders containing products such as add-ons alone ( i.e. without albs or dresses, invitations and other personalized devotionals ) we ship within 72 hours.
2. Shipping time for group orders:
- submitted by the end of this year - we implement from mid-January to the end of March,
- submitted by the end of February - we implement by the end of April,
- submitted in March or April - we implement at a later date depending on the 'capacity'. WE PROPOSE NOT TO DELAY ORDERS, as their realization depends on the order of submission.
3. General shipping information
- The goods shipped to you are new and have no manufacturing defects.
- The shipping price includes courier fee, packaging and 23% VAT.
- The cost of insured courier shipment within Poland is 25 PLN.
- Cost of courier shipment insured outside Poland is about 100 PLN.
- The cost of courier shipments with a group order depends on the number of products ordered and the destination country.
- Packages are sent to the address indicated by the customer in the order.
- Products are packed in size-appropriate packages to be as protected as possible.

If you are going to order from 1 to 7 communion outfits you are an individual customer.
GROUP ORDERIf you are going to order our communion products and you are a group customer or a wholesale customer.

All packages are shipped via GLS courier service, so in most cases they will reach you the next business day. Remember, however, that shipments are made only from Monday to Friday, therefore, goods sent on Friday will be delivered from Monday. We assure you of fast and efficient processing of your order.
Each of your shipments is insured against damage or loss in transit. You have, so you can be sure that your ordered goods are in good hands. In case of any problems with transportation, we will quickly solve OUR common problem. We send goods protected from damage during transport, which guarantees that your package will arrive whole and safely in the designated place!
