How to measure?
We measure the foot. For this purpose, prepare a clean sheet of paper, a pencil, a ruler. Trace the outline of the foot on the sheet and measure the distance between the two outermost points. Further measurement we do regarding the longer foot because it is rare that they are of equal length. To the resulting measurement we should add a minimum of 0.5cm and a maximum of 1cm of reserve because the foot usually does not reach the very end of the shoes, and two, that walking works all the time. In this way we got the length of the inner insole of the shoes that we should buy.
